Videos on social media have let us pinpoint where a truck drove into people at a bus stop in central Israel and tell us more about the aftermath
and the response.

It happened on Sderot Aharon Yashiv road, on the cusp of the Glilot
and Ramat Hasharon areas north of Tel Aviv.

From videos filmed in an open space across the road, we can see
armed, uniformed men surround the open driver’s door of the truck beside a
green coach.

We can tell the location from this spot, the layout of evergreen and
palm trees, and the corrugated fencing and roofing behind the bus stop, as well
as identifiable Israeli licence plates, emergency vehicles and police
uniforms.

Heading north up the road, handheld and dashcam footage shows the
same scene. We can see people in Israeli army uniform, as well as the same
trees, emergency vehicles, the truck and the coach.

Closer in, we can see at least six people pinned to the pavement
under the truck. Most look middle-aged and dressed in civilian clothes. Most
are talking or moving, but at least one appears limp and pulled away by people
at the scene.
